Talia Holtzman brings over a decade of experience spanning Tel Aviv's hi-tech sector and the American nonprofit world to her role as Manager of Operations, Finance, and Technology at The Tell Institute. With a background in automation engineering and a B.S. in Neuroscience and Biology from Brandeis University, she approaches her work as a systems-thinker, tailoring solutions to the unique needs of her team and building for the long-term. Talia has led full-scale technology overhauls, redesigned websites from the ground up, and built internal systems that allow staff to focus on mission rather than logistics.

Talia lives in the Adirondacks with her husband, Jason, and their dog, Nina. Outside of work she can usually be found climbing a mountain, in a dance studio, or at a local brewery.
